I was disappointed with this product. The bottoms is not attached, which makes it hard to move around without having to take all the balls out. The base doesn’t fit properly, so if your little one makes one wrong move, the whole thing comes apart and there are balls all over the place. If I had the time, I would’ve returned it and got a different, much more efficient one.

I don’t get the bad reviews but you do have to mold it with pillows or hair dryer works best on cool air it does even up getting a shape I only have 24 hours with it and it’s already getting it’s shape. My baby loves it ! She was in there for 2 hours straight just playing . She’s 8 months old. I love how the bottom is covered not like others and it’s so soft material for the price beats others I’ve seen here and came in 1 day! Just get it the pink one is so cute!

It was easy to open, but it SMELLED awful. I used fabric wash spray to rid the smell. It popped open quickly but I’ve noticed my 1.5yo pops the walls from the base pretty easily. I think I’m a few more days of shaping it will be fine. I like the softness and the low height. It’s easy for my kiddo to get in and out.
