Seems solid enough. I've only changed pads and discs about 15 times, but haven't noticed any loss of grip on the hook face. Seems to work well with all pads and discs I've tried. Maybe too good to remove the foam pad without tearing the foam, it requires some dexterity.

These velcro and paper system work great. Remember there are 5 and 6 hole mounting options to attach them to the grinders they are designed for. Know which ones you need before you spend any money. i was joking

What else can you say about the lightning fast delivery? Wow, here in a jiffy. It was well packaged and not damaged. Looks like this is exactly the ticket I was looking for. Quality product 3M. My last one just fell apart from sitting. Looks like this one won't. Minus one star for a bit pricey but that's about it and will update any further issues with it.

I've used them for many years - they work much faster and are generally better than belt sanders, and changing sanding pads is a breeze. However, there is one fatal flaw.
