I bought this 3M laptop stand and Rolodex mesh monitor stand 82412 Large Rolodex wire mesh monitor stand, 18 7/16 x 14 3/ 8 dx 4 11 /16 hours straight to see which one is best for lifting and cooling a Dell Latitude D630 laptop (14" widescreen) with a docking station attached. I bought this because I got headaches from poor posture while using my laptop at home. This works pretty well for elevating the laptop screen so I don't have to look down too much; and I added an inexpensive USB keyboard so my arms and shoulders are relaxed while typing. This is a pretty basic setup - no frills here. It holds my laptop perfectly. In my opinion, the price seems overpriced for the performance. This is a good product and it does what it is supposed to do: upgrade your laptop. It does this and is adjustable so you can adjust the height of the second display, for example. The cable organizer is good but my Sony has all the ports and jacks on the side so it's still a bit fiddly and bulky but it's better to have than not have. It comes with little rubber feet and grommets but I didn't bother using them. My laptop is 13 inch so the footprint is very small and there is no risk of it falling
