My wife has to change her bandage twice a day

This tape is easy to use as it seems to activate when heated. This means that it sticks easily until it is warmed by the skin. This allows for easy positioning and repositioning if necessary without injuring the skin. It's also gentle on the skin. I use a handkerchief to protect the skin from the tape. It doesn't tear off the top layer of skin like paper tape does.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Best small wound dressing on the market

This bandage was used in the hospital after my back surgery. We have used other brands to try to close the wound. It was the only tape holding the notepad. It didn't irritate my skin. With a "relaxing" lifestyle, it hasn't left my skin. It was easy to remove when the dressing needed to be changed. A bit pricey but worth it! Definitely recommend.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not as thick as other fillings

Perforated and perfect

I have cancer. I started the treatment and I was fine. It lasted 3 weeks of treatment, I couldn't eat anymore. I lost weight so quickly that my doctor prescribed a PEG tube. Because this is temporary, the feeding tube is long. I use this tape to hold my tube to my stomach when I go out so it doesn't offend everyone I meet. Easy to put on, easy to take off, easy to tear, easy to cut. I will buy more of this stuff.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Long delivery time

The best stuff out there!

I love this stuff. Had abdominal surgery recently and this was used in the hospital. Paper tape is terrible and I needed something that was really sticky. Does the trick every time. Early in my recovery I left the tape on for four to five days between dressing changes and it worked just as well a few days later with no pain on removal. Very soft so you won't even feel it and won't slip when you get hot. I will buy again and again.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Something different

Sticks well! hospital quality!

I was sent home with this tape after an operation. When I went out we looked for this tape at local pharmacies and no one had it. I tried several other types of tape but none stuck like this one. After removing the tape to change the dressing there was some residue but it was easy to remove. I also noticed that my clothes were stuck to the tape, but since I had extra drugstore tape that I couldn't return, I taped it over it to keep my shorts from sticking to the tape.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Some cons

I was using paper and plastic medical tape and the adhesive was irritating my skin - using acetone based adhesive remover made the rash/itching worse. I got a roll of this tape and tried it as a last resort. doesn't irritate my skin. When changing the bandage, the adhesive comes off with little effort - hot water in the shower "melts" the adhesive enough that it can be removed. It's tacky and you need a bit of technique to get the piece you want, but being able to use tape that doesn't irritate

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • the list will be long.
