Adhesion is good but not as reflective as I thought. This will work for what I needed it for since my fence is black and where I live is pitch black.

This tape is designed for any smooth, flat or even curved surface, let's say 3 to 4 inches maximum. This is a harder band. I attached mine to the fence.
