Doesn't work as promised!

I received this filter and installed it following the vague instructions provided. Adhesive strips are not well described on the mounting sheet. I needed an anti-glare feature to work outdoors with my laptop. I used it for the first time yesterday and was still struggling with highlights and reflections. I figured a 3M branded product would work as promised. Very disappointed.
