Helps with medicated plasters. Complete price overview.

Unfortunately I have to wear medical patches due to my illness. This Tegaderm keeps these patches waterproof, stain and sweat resistant, allowing the full lifespan and benefits of my medicated patches to be realised. It's just the right size to cover most medical plasters and doesn't leave a sticky mark. This is what you can see for securing IVs in a hospital. I can't wear patches without that. I paid full price for this item so this is an unbiased review. If this review helped you, please…

Less than a year before the expiration date, yellowed with age?

I had an outpatient surgery and the hospital provided a couple of them. They work well so I've ordered more from Revain. The box I received had less than 12 months before it expired. The ones from the hospital still have 2.5 years left, so they are not "new”. The ones I got from Amazon have turned yellow too, I guess from age. They appear to be selling stocks that are approaching their expiration date, which explains the good price. Attached is a photo comparing what I received from the…

Great if your wound doesn't leak a lot

We used this material many years ago when my daughter had a central catheter for chemo. I forgot until I hurt myself and I had to protect the deep puncture wound while it healed. I used nonstick pads and tape for the first week and it ripped my skin. I saw it at a medical supply store and decided to try it. That works great! The adhesive stays in place in the shower but will come loose if you need to remove it. Fluid from the wound stays in but leaks out if there is too much drainage. They make

Perfect for my fentanyl patches

I have been using these patches/bandages for several years now. I mainly use them for my fentanyl patches. Let me explain a bit why I use and love this article: I must have upset someone in a past life! I say that because I'm hairier than a damn monkey; the missing link, you might say. Anyway, I'm also a chronic pain patient. The problem was that the fentanyl patches wouldn't stick to my arm (come on, say it. Yes, I get it, it's gross. But what am I supposed to do right? Go ahead, I sooooo…

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

3M Tegaderm works best with patches that need to stick to the skin. Works incredibly well and the price is better than the pharmacy. As someone who suffers from chronic pain, I know what it's like when a band-aid falls off too soon and doesn't stick back. Since then, with these film bandages, I have never had to throw a band-aid too early again. They are very easy to apply, either by doing it yourself or having someone else do it for you. You can apply a bandage after changing the patch or when

Worked for me and got them at a great price!

Update: Since my original message and purchase through OneHealth I have reordered these Tagaderm bandages many times from other sellers. Other sellers were PharmaPacks and WikiDeals. I have had no problems with these sellers Tagaderm bandages, they work great! The only issue I had was with the shipping as each time they were sent in flimsy envelopes so the boxes were so crushed, broken and defaced that upon arrival they were unusable but I would like to point out that the sellers didn't send…

NO worries, NO more!

As usual. Works perfectly! I wear the Duragesic/Fentanyl pain patch to relieve my (excruciating) back pain from multiple herniated discs after falling down a steep flight of stairs. (I know. Oops!) I have to change/replace the patch every few days as per the doctor's orders. I use these Tegaderm sheets to cover, secure and seal the patch. It protects my patch from accidental detachment, whether it's from bathing/showering, sweating or even swimming, as well as accidental abrasion, disruption of
