I'm a doodler and a Journal/Sketchbook Junkie. I have more types and kinds then I can count and will most likely be able to use in a lifetime. I specifically bought these three for Doodling. I have one on my nightstand, one on the end table in family room and one in my office area. Each accompanied with a pencil bag of identical favorite pens, pencil and eraser. My husband just shakes his head as my hobbies are way less expensive then his but I do see the comedy in my 3 Identical Sets.The paper

Pros:* Good value for the money.* Easy to put a bunch of these side-by-side on a bookshelf because it's hardback. i have a love hate relationship with most notebooks and sketchbooks i come across, but these were perfect! i've used them for a variety of writing/drawing tasks over time, and there really isn't a better deal out there. the paper is thick enough to hold ink but not so thick that it feels strange, its also really smooth which is good if you don't like grainy drawing paper. if you use them a lot, the glue on the spine comes loose a bit, but it doesn't really affect anything. i'll definitely…

I haven't started using these yet besides some initial page numbering, but first impressions. The paper in these is cream-colored. It is smooth (hot press?), not a lot of tooth, and feels similar to your standard notebook or loose leaf. My black gel ink doesn't bleed through, but is visible from the opposite side. These may be a good choice for a written journal, but probably would not be satisfying to an artist looking for a small bound sketchbook.

I actually really love these books. My main use for them are for journaling as I love blank paper when I journal. The paper itself is really smooth and nice to write on for journal lovers! The only thing I’d say if for people who are using it as a sketch book permanent marker does seep through. I really wanted to like these. I was excited to do some vintage planner journaling, but the pages have a very yellow cast, almost a greeny yellow. I need something more neutral or even with a "pink" or blush cast to it. The yellow just clashes too much with my vintage style decorations. :/You can see in the second photo, I have white paper, cream paper, and the paper from this journal on the bottom, which looks very yellow.But otherwise, the books are cute and seem sturdy.

Almost an allstar but one of my three books had a page in the middle of it that was folded when i unfolded it it was taller than the other pages and stuck out im guessing some kind of cutting malfunction idk but itd be nice to have a new book.

I rarely ever write reviews for products but I have to say that for a price of a little over $6 a book this feels like a knockout deal for people that want this type of product. I got a set of these books because I kept getting expensive notebooks that I didn't want to mess up or waste with idle thoughts and ideas that wouldn't look clean or be presentable in some hypothetical scenario where I show these off some day. I ordered a set of these three sketchbooks in order to make a sketchbook set for my brother's birthday. I'd been searching high and low for a simple blank sketchbook that looked like it could be a real book, in order to make this craft. These sketchbooks are not only incredibly beautiful after decoration, they are very sturdy and well made. So, I must admit, after I made his present I ordered three more, for myself!

I am so happy with this sketchbook. they were everything I was looking for. I love these for quick sketches when you don't need things to be so precious.! I am able to use pen and ink, and light washes of watercolor. I take a hair dryer to the pages if needed. Although the paper scrunches up a little. Great buy! I use it mainly for dry medium sketching and notetaking. (image 3) You can see how it works with pencil crayons.Avoid Sharpies and Markers.Fine liners are okayI have tried watercolor and it worked out fine, but I was careful about how much water I used. The books came in Thai really neat box. They look steady and ready to be used. I am sure I will get a lot of utility on these!.

This is a well-made product at an affordable price. The paper is off-white and smoother than most kid-finish sketchbooks and I appreciate that. Most inexpensive sketchbooks contain very rough paper.But. nowhere does it say if the paper is neutral PH. I’d upgrade this to 5-star if it had that.UPDATE: the company has responded and the paper is indeed neutral ph. This is a very good product. I’d give it 6 stars if I could

I’m happy with my purchase. Used 2 so far. They are pretty & well made. The only issue was one of them was torn on the inside, came apart but I’ll just glue it. I will purchase again & recommend

I was looking for something quite thick, and these were less so than I was expecting, but overall they are quite nice and I am pleased with them.

I thought these were a good price, but after owning them for awhile I noticed the covers started to warp and buckle. Including on the two I had not even used yet. The rooms in my home are not particularly moist or humid so I'm not sure why they would warp. I have other books and journals stored in the same area, and none had similar issues.

I like the book but the pages were too thin for my liking. That's my feedback. Wish they were more denser! The cover is nice though.

My 9 yo son loves coloring an says he wants to be an author and illustrator, so I bought this for him to start. I loved the quality.

It can be a challenge to find the right size to fit in my leather book jacket but these fit perfectly, blank pages for sketching, writing, brainstorming. Very pleased
