Pros:* Good value for the money.* Easy to put a bunch of these side-by-side on a bookshelf because it's hardback. It's great for having multiple volumes of a collection if you're a prolific writer of things (bujo, stories, Bible study notes, pencil drawings, etc.).* Can write on the cover with a black permanent marker, good for labeling, e.g. if you use one book as an annual journal volume.* Best of all (to me), it's easy to write in without a desk because it's hardback.Cons:* Fountain pens bleed through pretty badly! Pencils and regular pens do fine IMO, though you can see your writing on the other side of the paper just a little bit.* Doesn't open completely flat like some journals, so it's a little tricky to write near the binding.Subjective:* No frills. (No bookmark ribbon, pocket, etc.) Can be a pro if you're using it hand-write a novel (no distractions from your content), or a con if you're using it as a bullet journal.* I like the size and the feel of the cover.* I like that the pages aren't totally white.
