Worked great in my 2012 Chevy Sonic. FYI :) Don't throw away the broken parts until you've assembled the new ones, it's a small piece of rubber and not included.

I watched a YouTube video and replaced my broken one in 15 minutes (would probably be quicker if I knew how). I've been using it for a few months, so far so good!

Fits my 2013 Chevy Sonic the shift knob broke this is the perfect replacement kit you will use any part the plastic is so cheap you will break it if You take it off so you have a chance to dress up once the plastic is in place, that's all

The design was better than the original (imo). It was not difficult to repair this important part of the car. The car is not fully parked, the key cannot be removed unless the car/switch can be fully parked using the shifter. Simple and quick solution. Still works great after months.

After being told I would have to pay $400 to have the gearbox replaced I decided to see if I could do it myself. I was thrilled to find my problem had a common and inexpensive fix! Replacing the cover is a simple process. Actually removing the case is the hardest part and will take some time, but it's self-explanatory.

The repair worked great and it looks like the switch has never had a problem. The only downside is the lack of instructions, which is normal in car repairs. I couldn't find it anywhere online and it's a different setup (better) than the original. I sat down and figured it out and I love having a button on my switch again!

They say these are for Sonic and Aveo but they also fit 2015 Trax. The only difference is that the color of the cap is dark silver, the original is lighter silver. Everything fit perfectly, but one detail was missing, the rubber buffer. I was able to salvage it from the old one without damaging it and reuse it. It should fit Trax 2015-2018.
