My original remote control for my Philips TV broke, was ordered and arrived within a few days. I put batteries in the remote control and it worked straight away. I hate that it was a $40 remote but I also understand why it's so expensive. Google Assistant works amazingly well.

Replacement remote control serves its purpose, arrived quickly and was pre-programmed. For some reason, as with a few others, the touch navigation keys are fairly shallow and feel a bit odd. But still, it's a good replacement, good value for money, and we're happy with it.

Only the following buttons work on this remote: Arrow buttons, OK button, Home button, Volume button and Power button. Absolutely no other buttons work on this remote, at least on my 50pfl5604/F7. I definitely got what I paid for. Completely dissatisfied customer!

Our remote control has stopped working. So we ordered this compatible remote until we got it in the mail. In the meantime we used an app that allowed us to control the TV and that worked great. If you're looking for a replacement remote this works great, no complaints.
