This product is not really suitable for Dyson vacuum cleaners. Not enough to replace the hose he says it replaces. Do not buy!

Product as described. Assembly was very easy and it fit perfectly. It's a bit harsh but hopefully it will get better with repeated use. Many Thanks

Fits my Dyson DC50 which is a fairly old model I bought from Costco. The hose is a bit stiff but hopefully will hold up better than the broken original hose. It was pretty easy to remove the old hose and add this one.

I needed to replace this part on my very old Dyson Animal and it was VERY easy to do. I had to look up how to do this online as no instructions were included but I saved about $30 on what the Dyson website wanted so no big deal. i can google

When the hose on my Dyson vacuum detached (mysteriously) at the base I was concerned because the nearest workshop is 3 hours away. The hose arrived quickly and I removed the old one and replaced it with the new one in less than 10 minutes. Works great and is very reliable. I love my Dyson!

We used it twice on the Dyson DC50. The second time my wife used the grout tool it fell into 2 pieces. The hose just slipped out. This was the first time the tool that attaches to this hose replacement has been used. This was a day after the return date. I do not recommend buying this. Spend a little more on an OEM part.

I am increasing my original 4x rating to 2 stars because less than a year after purchase the hose broke in the middle and became unusable. I only use it for regular cleaning and never over tighten the hose so I'm disappointed that the quality turned out to be so poor. First Review: There were a few issues with the expand and shrink functions initially as they aren't as smooth as the original, but this works great
