What difference is good for signal amplifier

I use it in a barn with a metal pole, the situation before installing the amplifier: On the roof of my barn I have a signal level of 3 bars on my iphone 11, in the Barn I have no cell phone connection at all. After setting up the booster as recommended in the instructions, I now have 3 bars somewhere in the 40x60 stable. Pay attention to the hints! The outside antenna should be raised above the roofline and the inside antenna should be away from the outside. requires no configuration, just…

Installation is critical.

It is very important to ensure good separation between the external and internal antennas, otherwise the system will simply oscillate and not work. It's very good if you can place the outdoor antenna on a pole opposite some cell towers and the indoor antenna as far as the cable goes to where you intend to use your phones. All LEDs light up green if you have done everything correctly. The internal power is weak because it has to be (otherwise it will be fed back to the external antenna). Still…

Better than expected

I was skeptical that this product would work (because it's cheaper than many) but I trusted Revain to help with returns when it didn't work. I used to have to sit on the porch to make a phone call (the only place in the yard with a signal). I would get 1 bar there which was enough to talk if I wasn't moving. No phone or data service (we have Verizon) in house. I placed the antenna on the fence post near the porch, fed the cable in, and plugged in the device. Now I can sit on the couch and call…

Pros
  • Everything great!
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Easy to install and works right out of the box.

I have US Cellular and Verizon (working) cell phones. Outside we have good coverage but at home we struggled. The US Cellular Phone (Samsung) gets 3 bands on the ground floor and 1 to 2 LTE bands in the basement. Verizon (iPhone) will get 2 to 3 LTE bands on the ground floor and possibly 2 3G bands in the basement. Recent events forced me to use an iPhone hotspot in my basement to connect to the internet and the signal wasn't strong enough to maintain that connection. I bought it to hopefully…

Not what you think

Attention buyers! Such a job, but not as advertised. They say up to 4500 square meters, which are obviously ideal conditions. Well, if the conditions are perfect, I won't need it. Speaking of work, you must be within 1-2 feet of the indoor antenna. I've had 2 solid bars on the phones where the outside antenna is, sometimes 3. I have to say the customer service is good but they couldn't get it to work. I returned it, it's a lot of money for something that doesn't do what they say. Only buy if…

This device "tips toe outside " to get a signal for you.

Bought a few months ago. In layman's terms, it's basically a repeater with some built-in extras. What you want to do is place the white outdoor antenna higher (in the attic or outside on the roof or at higher levels) where it can pick up the best signal present. Basically, an indoor antenna just relays the better signal to the house or van. Many people would stand on tiptoe and try to raise their hand to send these text messages while camping. . Some people in more rural areas deal with where…
