5040 Ergo Kneel Handy Mat Review

I'm in my 30's and after years of playing soccer and working in maintenance/specialists my knees have suffered a lot. This pillow works wonders for swelling. The only downside is that I'm quite a "fluffy" guy (265 pounds) and it's barely wide enough to kneel on. However, the cushioning is fantastic, standing up to the elements and even pool chemicals.

Much easier and better than using knee pads. I didn't know these things existed but they will definitely save my knees! Knee pads tend to fall off the leg a bit, making the leg hot and sweaty and generally causing pain when you move around a lot. It actually takes LESS time than a knee wrap to move and reposition, giving you more mobility.

Nice size and very comfortable to avoid chafing on the knees. After 20+ years in the construction industry I wish I had used them a long time ago. I keep one in the truck and the other next to my pellet stove around the house to use during my weekly cleaning. They are well done. Tough, thick enough not to feel rocks and debris underneath, and durable. They take shape immediately and leave no marks and/or indentations. My husband used the larger version of the same item but I bought it thinking I would use it for myself, keep at home and maybe use gardening too. My husband wears the larger size to work on site and he loves it! Having compared both sizes I would recommend spending the money and going for the larger size. I don't have the best knees, and when I have to get on my knees, whether to find something I dropped, to crash my car or whatever, it makes it easier and less painful.
