I ordered this resistive LED kit because I couldn't find anything suitable from traditional electronics vendors (DigiKey, Mouser, Arrow, etc.) when they arrived I have counted and tested each of them. Most packages had 22 pieces instead of 20 which is normal. I tested each on a unit tester (LCR-TC1, X002NSLU9D - available from Revain). Worked very well with both sizes of Honda Neo wedge headlights. It takes a lot of patience to replace them with the old Neo wedge nuts, but they work like a dream. If they don't work on the first try, just rotate them 180 degrees. When reinstalling in the dashboard, polarity matters. The only reason I took off a star is that the white has a slightly icy blue cast to it.
