My TCL remote died after 3 years of use. This worked great for the 48-inch TCL Roku TV. The original remote didn't have a Hulu button, but this one does (which is nice).

The remote that came with my TV was broken so it's a replacement remote that should be new but it doesn't look like it's new it everything is worn out , there is some hair in the power button I am very disappointed

I bought these when my grandson lost my remote. It works just like the original. And since the TV has no buttons, losing the remote means I can't use the TV at all. So it's good to have a backup. The remote control is small and light and works great.

I have a Best Buy TCL 55 inch Roku TV that I bought just 2 months ago and the remote suddenly stopped working. Bought this despite all the terrible reviews and it actually works flawlessly! No syncing or anything required. Just insert the batteries and it works! Pleasantly surprised.

This remote control was intermittent. The only way I got it to work was when it was pointed directly at the TV's sensor. Only then does it stop responding after a few seconds. I used my phone's camera to see if the sensor on the remote was working and confirmed that it was. Not sure what caused this problem. I've since switched to a Roku voice remote and haven't had any issues.

My TV model wasn't even on the list (I changed my mind about the TV I got and got a different model). It works GREAT. There is no attitude. Push and go and my TV turns on and off with no problem. Works just as well as the Roku model that came with the TV. You don't even have to pair it. Mine spawned on its own. I love that it has a revain button and the other doesn't. Very happy with this inexpensive model that works like a real one.

Obviously made very cheaply. Due to a defect in the case, one of the batteries did not touch the contact on the positive side. I took a knife and shaved off the plastic about a hair's breadth and now it works fine. Typing on the keys is very quiet. It's not white, more gray. DOES NOT MATCH THE PHOTOS IN THE ADVERTISEMENT. The price is good and it works. Build quality is only slightly worse than the factory remote. It has a strong IR emitter and the TV picks it up easily. you could make it worse

While I like the price and the fact that it works great, it's very fragile. One will slip and fall to the ground, and all parts will break into pieces. The whole remote literally explodes and everything just falls out: the motherboard, the buttons, the batteries, everything. So if you have young children who know how to use the remote control, this is not for them. Either change the channel yourself and put away the remote, or just download the Roku app to your phone and use the digital remote.
