Don't worry, bought these to replace my burned out headlights and of course they don't fit exactly. You're good for nothing

Headlights are not manufactured to size specifications and are difficult to fit without using excessive force. In addition, the light is very weak when installed.

They work great with the right light cable. That's why I give 4 stars. Given the type of base they have, I figured they would work with the special string of lights I have. They don't. Amperage is wrong and they don't light up. When shopping for this type of socket, be careful, the socket may be right but the light bulb may not be.

These lights are very dim, you can hardly see them when they are on. I use them as a temporary backup until I find a better type.

Bulbs would be nice if they matched my garland. The base is too small and the bulbs don't stay in the light band I need them in. I didn't think or know that these types of bulbs have multiple base sizes, but apparently they do and I don't know how to determine this from my filament of light so my search continues.
