Good lamp bad socket in office electronics

The lamp works as expected, but beware, both fastening straps broke off when unpacking and I had to swap the sockets from the old lamp.

Blown out in 2 days

Bought for our school to replace the projector lamp in the classroom. He came very quickly. But it burned out within 2 days and now I need a new projector too.

Excellent customer service

I bought this unit for our church children's area to replace a light bulb that lasted over 3 years. This device stopped working after 45 days. Update: After reading my review, the seller contacted me and offered to send me a replacement unit even though the defective unit had already been scrapped. I've upgraded my rating to 4 stars because of their excellent customer service. I will update again after checking the new device.
