Can be used as a raised feeding place for a cat. Slight bumps at the top aren't ideal, but that's not a big deal on a flat-bottomed record, and that's a good height. The elastic band at the bottom prevents it from moving. However, this thing is VERY light and really won't hold much weight. I would be a little hesitant to give it to a child to stand on.

We used to use a sitting potty, but we bought it to try to emulate our kindergarten method. What changes have taken place! Our son no longer hates going to the bathroom because he gets stuck. It's also lightweight and its price was very reasonable. This won't potty train your little one, but it can help. And even with my daughter we can use it as a stool in front of the sink!

I bought a stool for my younger grandchildren to wash their hands in the sink. They are very proud to be able to accomplish this task without outside help. The chair is lightweight, durable and has steps to prevent the child from falling. Also, the holes on the side are great for putting it back in place after use. I've also used it when I needed a few extra inches to reach items on a higher shelf or at the back of a closet. So definitely durable!

Chair is fine but too low for a fairly tall 2 year old to reach a normal potty. Also, it doesn't stick to the floor that well. It glides clearly over the tiles in our bathroom. And if you push it against the bottom of a regular-sized toilet, it's actually under the bowl. He slips under the bowl every time our little one gets up to use the potty and then has trouble the next time he wants to use it unless I get him out again.
