I have had old Christmas lights for many years and this year I decided to buy all new ones. I bought them. Very pretty. Flickered exactly how I wanted it. After a few weeks strands/partial strands started to fall out. When I removed the tree all 4 threads were down. Give me a break. I'm angry because there's no way to get her back now. A complete waste of money. Don't buy this!

I really like these lights, they flicker just right but not too noticeable. I saw another reviewer say they got too hot, but they don't get any hotter than other regular bulbs. These are LED bulbs that don't get hot at all and they aren't LEDs, they are regular socket bulbs. In my opinion they are absolutely harmless, they have been hanging on my tree for several weeks without any problems.

This is exactly what I wanted - lights that produce a muted flickering effect instead of flickering and going out. You have to give them a minute until they start flickering. Only some of the bulbs flicker, adding subtlety. Update: After plugging them in for 5 minutes I found them very very hot. None of my other Christmas lights get hot and I think it's a safety hazard so I'm sending them back.

12 lights per strand flicker every 2 seconds for a random flicker effect. I bought 2 flicker sets and mixed them with 1 non-flicker set, which worked well for my 7ft tall, 3ft diameter tree. They lasted 3 weeks when my tree was lit. I cleaned them today, I checked again and all the lights still work. These lights flicker faster and more clearly than those on my childhood tree; but they added some much-needed nostalgic comfort to my 2020 tree.
