Pretty good stock.

Good strong stock. Sealed Bearings 6203-2RS 17 x 40 x 12 ball bearings / Pre-lubricated, ideal for use in my mower's idler pulley. Replacing bearings is cheaper than buying new pulleys. I still run them with my own high temp grease because I run them for hours. But in most cases they last a long time.

Great value best bearings

I have ordered these bearings twice and got the same thing both times. Bearings come in a translucent plastic sleeve which is easy to open/close and is great for long-term storage of additional bearings. Each bearing was filled with the correct amount of grease (about 1/3 full). Lubricant color is transparent. The original quality is excellent. I don't expect them to last as long as quality bearings, but if I can get half the life for a fifth of the cost then that's good value for me.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky

they will have to be repackaged when you get them. the lube they contain - something is wrong, it looks like petroleum jelly. otherwise they are pretty reasonable. Will not withstand heavy handling but works great for armature bearings of 1hp engines. and under. I'm not sure how long they will last. These are junkyards. Working with a saw is too dusty. Plastic gaskets do not seal well, dust gets in and simply destroys them. I'll get Timken right away.
