For frame point use

I use these as a replacement/improvement for the frame points when attaching a picture frame backing. Much stronger and thicker than typical frame points and can be easily removed/repositioned.

Cons
  • Don't remember

Best pressure points for framing

I find these pressure points work best for attaching mats, reproductions and foam backing to picture frames. I used a tool (I think Fletcher makes) to just add these dots into the rabbit/back of the frame. The raised rim on the back of the tip makes it easy to attach to the frame. Fast shipping via Prime.

Pros
  • Easy Insert Spatula
Cons
  • I'll add later

not suitable for hard woods, should be suitable for pine

They should be suitable for soft woods such as pine but I have been trying to find something to use in a photo frame could. Pear wood, and the grommets on them just bent before the point entered the wood even 1/16 inch. I tried to give them a point but it didn't work. They looked thicker than regular glasses in the ad photo, but they are the same as my old ones.

Pros
  • Approximately 50 points per card
Cons
  • String is shorter than other picks
