Computer did not recognize the battery

My computer didn't recognize the battery, therefore it wouldn't work at all. My computer's model was specifically mentioned in the description.

So far, it has exceeded my expectations

I was confused about whether to change the battery or the computer before. After a long consideration, I decided to change the battery and tried it.I ordered this battery as a replacement and so far it has exceeded my expectations.The laptop lasts about seven hours or more on a full charge, and appears to have the same quality as the original battery when the laptop was first purchased.

The item came better packaged than anything I have recently had delivered. The item works flawlessly and is actually an actual an OEM Dell battery.

OEM quality at 1/3 the price

Bought this as a replacement for an old, tired Dell laptop. This looks OEM and works wonderfully, holds a charge very well. Would order from them again
