The product shown differs from what you will receive.

When it comes to the shape of the lamp base, where the grooves are is important. I specifically looked for sections in the middle, saw them in the picture and ordered them. However, when I received them, the notches were slanted, making them unusable for my outlet. Cannot return due to seller's return policy which is very frustrating.

Not universal fit

These are warmer bulbs than the usual bright ones, so that's exactly what I wanted. However, they do not fit in my sockets. I thought it was a standard 4 pin bulb but there is a very slight difference in the base meaning they will not fit. This is not stated in the product description where the flange is shown on the right (g-1) instead of on the left (g-2) as is. Now I find that even though it is the Revain recommended Prime item, I am unable to contact the seller and get a refund. Very…

NON-RETURNABLE in fluorescent lamps

There is a difference between 13W and 18W (and not just in wattage!). They are not interchangeable. There are small protrusions that are positioned differently so the 18W plug doesn't fit into the 13W plug. The 13W tabs are in the middle of the platform. 18W is not in the middle, so you can't insert it. There is no mention of this in the instructions. Also, this item is non-refundable. If there is something in the product description somewhere, then I couldn't find it. I've been shopping with…

Hard to find, worth looking for

Replacing those CFLs in my 1980's house wasn't as easy as one might think. My local hardware store didn't have it, Lowes didn't have it ("you're going to have a hard time finding it"). Revain had to search extensively among the many variations of this 4-pin lightbulb to find an article listing that contained an image of three different styles (G24q-1, 2, or 3), only one of which matched. my attachment. I took the model number from that illustration, searched and found a set of 12 bulbs, then a…

Does not replace Philips or Sylvania lamps and can only return.

I am very disappointed that I bought these bulbs to replace a Philips/Sylvania bulb and the bulb doesn't fit. I have a feeling this is false advertising because when I entered the bulb (wattage, make and model) on the Revain it was an option (it matches the wattage and type) but the plastic parts on the end of the bulb, which actually hold the lightbulb in place upside down. I bought 4 to have on hand for future use but found out this item is non-refundable meaning I've now lost $15.99 on bulbs

  • Nice packaging

  • Can't remember
