Much better than I expected. The system is of high quality. Image quality is crystal clear with no lag in playback. A bit of a shock that you can get quality for a cheap price. It has 2TB of hard drive space compared to most systems with 1TB. So far, so good.

The product is pretty good, one of my cameras broke so I emailed them and the exchange process was very easy. They called me to check the camera and told me how to fix it. But it didn't work so they contacted me for a replacement. Sharon helped me, she was very helpful and very patient.
