Bought as a gift for my grandson. He is very happy with that. He's had an older version of the regular iPad Air for a few years and loves the Pro. It was nicely packaged and undamaged with no signs of wear. My son easily added this tablet to his AT&T account. I am very happy with this purchase and plan to buy another one for my daughter soon.

Received this a day earlier than expected. It had no scratches or dents and so far it looks perfect like new. I only have two days but so far so good. After the initial setup, I noticed very low battery life even when connected to the network, but was told it could be low due to downloading from the cloud. I have since plugged it in and it has held up 100%. Will update this review if battery life decreases during use.

I've wanted a notebook for SO LONG and I'm addicted to Apple products. They're easy to use, they have BIG screen quality, and they usually have long battery life. However, I was a little disappointed with the battery life of the iPad. I was expecting it to last as long as a laptop, but it usually only lasts 10-12 hours. Maybe my expectations were just too high.

New condition. It has no scratches or scuffs. This is in complete contrast to a similar auction listing I got a few weeks ago where the screen had heavy wear and was also listed as 'like new'. It costs an additional $20 to get an updated Amazon product. The battery is in "good" condition, "tested with the sn app", which is about right for a 3 year old iPad. This is enough for 6-8 hours of operation under most conditions. I think if it's in 'bad' shape in a few years, it's time for an updated…

Based on other reviews I was hoping to receive the unit in good condition but unfortunately it didn't. It could also be a used device. There is a very deep scratch about 3 inches long on the front glass and a large scratch about 5 inches long on the aluminum back. I could live with one on the back and other small, light scratches on the display, but this scratch is so deep it looks like a crack.

iPad Pro received 95% almost scratch free and product works as advertised. I waited a few months before writing this review as I wanted to make sure it would work and work well past the warranty period. And it happened! Battery at 90% health. The OS just needed an update, but I think that's fine. A universal charging cable was included. Has definitely met my expectations. Also shipped/delivered as promised on my premiere date. From the start there was a problem with the home button you can use to open your device. It took 3-4 tries for about a week before the main screen opened. But it soon became so annoying that I stopped using the iPad. Now 2 months after purchase this button doesn't work at all and I have to take it to the lab. If I lived in the States I would return the iPad. But since I'm abroad, I have to pay extra money to fix it.
