So I tried other survival bracelets and they were all CRASH. Yes, they had extra tools, but their compasses were useless, as were their LED lights. Works perfectly. I've read reviews from others that the LED didn't work, but mine worked perfectly. You just have to pull out this piece of plastic to activate the light. The whistle is good and powerful. The LED light is nice and bright. Not sure about the compass. I need to learn how to read a compass to know if mine works or not. everything, but I honestly think it's pretty decent (also a worthy gift for people who are interested in such things and for children who play outside).
