The left and right arrow keys have stopped working and I've had the remote less than a month. That was the reason I bought a new remote control to replace the one I've been using for the past 8 years.

It worked fine for about a week and now it's working intermittently. You have to click it to make it work, and sometimes it doesn't work. I think you get what you pay for with this cheap item from China!

Seems to support programming/universal remote control functions for at least one second device; however, I can't figure it out. For this reason I deducted 1 star; However, if you just need a TV remote (rather than a DVD/VCR/CableBox) then this is a great deal on Samsung TVs. I would appreciate if I could just provide an online link to the programmer and codes to use.

My original remote stopped working to the point where I could barely use my Smart TV. The Samsung remote was outrageous, especially for such an old TV. This remote worked like a charm. We've since added the Firestick so we'll never use the remote again, but it was a great purchase while we used it and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to replace a Samsung remote for a fraction of the price.

Worked right away for a couple of weeks. Back then it was difficult to push buttons or find the right angle when it worked. Then it stopped working at all. Replaced batteries - nothing. worked 5 weeks. The battery cover is very difficult to open. Update: Now works on and off. It works for a day or two, then stops, suddenly starts working again after a while, and so on. So I upgraded it to two stars because sometimes it works.
