Excellent palm rest. I used mine to play games on my laptop (HP Omen 15t) and it definitely did the trick, although at the time it was more of a forearm brace. However, the support was there and my gaming experience was pleasant. I recently bought a monitor and an external keyboard so I don't play on the laptop itself anymore. The product was great, but since they roll up the keypad tightly, there are many creases or lines on the surface of the gel. They should send the product in a straight box and not damage the product by rolling it in a small square box. Some might call it a cosmetic, but I think it's more the way your pillow fits your wrist. You can't fix it and the wrinkles will never go away. The new product must not be damaged in any way by the manufacturer just to save on shipping costs.

Inaccurate product description. Described as 19.4 inches and much longer than the keyboard. As you can see, it's slightly larger than the keyboard! Now I must return it and continue my search.

I bought this product on June 30th. On August 1st I noticed that there was a huge cut on the left side of the gel pad. I figured it might have been an accident (actually I blamed my boyfriend for accidentally tearing it while cleaning it) so I taped it in place. It looks ugly, but whatever it was, I was ready for it. Love it! I used to have memory foam, which was good but broke quickly. This one is very comfortable on my wrists but doesn't get dirty if I spill coffee or warp from overuse. My only concern is that it's about 2 inches longer than my keyboard, so it gets in the way of my mouse pad a bit.

I LOVED THIS WHEN I OPENED IT! COLOR PERFECT! I WORK AT HOME 4 SHIFT 10 HOURS A WEEK AND I REALLY NEED ONE OF THEM! I USED IT A LOT BUT ONLY REGULARLY. THE CORNER OF THE PLASTIC FILM STARTED TO ROLL BACK. I HAD TO WRAP IT IN SARAN WRAP FOR FURTHER USE. FOR $20? I WOULD EXPECT THIS WHEN I HAD THIS IN THE DOLLAR STORE! DO NOT BUY FOR A BABY, WILL NOT LAST A WEEK!

I am giving 4 stars because the color is great and it is a durable product. My only issue (more my fault for not measuring) is the size - it's a bit smaller than a standard palm rest/desktop keyboard.
