but the purchase was successful. All well done

I was skeptical about buying this online without being able to inspect it in person first but it turned out to be a great purchase. Everything is well done. The backpack has padded straps - not very thick padding, but more than enough for our second grader. Good size lunch box. We can put a lot of food in it, as well as a mini water bottle and a flat square ice pack. We pack lunch for school the night before and keep it in the fridge overnight. Even at the end of the school day, what's left inโ€ฆ

Took TWO years, maybe longer if my daughter hasn't outgrown it

Very good quality backpack! I bought it in June 2019 and it took me two full years of school (and one of those years involved lugging a huge laptop to and from school) and two years of summer camp. It probably would have taken longer, but now she's outgrown the unicorns and wants a more grown-up backpack. The lunch bag is very large, everything (including a water bottle) fits in without any problems. None of their zippers broke like some reviews claimed BUT the metal zipper broke after a yearโ€ฆ

UPDATED: ZIPPERS are a big problem. I would not buy this backpack or anything else from seller

WARNING *** The email the seller registered with Revain is incorrect, so any emails asking for help will be bounced back to AMZN. *** If you search for a seller and use the "Ask a Question" or "Contact Seller" options, Revain says they can't find them. ** Your abshoo email (9q6n89wymy4btkt@marketplace.amazon.com) could not be delivered due to a problem with the recipient's email system. The recipient can still view the message
