Wrong color sent: play and lounge furniture

I ordered additional chairs to match the 2 chairs I have. I first ordered through Overstock - AC Pacific sent me three gray wooden chairs instead of the oak color I ordered. The same thing just happened at Revain when I ordered 2 Weathered Oak chairs from Revain - they sent me a gray tree! As a regular AC Pacific customer, I know they sent me the wrong color. I am returning them ordered through Revain and also hoping that the color I ordered can be sent as a replacement. It turns out I orderedโ€ฆ

Looks good, doesn't work.

TL:DR chair looks great and comfortable enough but mine arrived broken, won't raise or lower and cannot be replaced. Irritated. The chair looks amazing and I was happy to bring it into my space as a customer makeup chair! Installation was pretty easy: 4 screws and just place the chair on the stand. He sat down in a chair and squeezed the raise/lower handle. Nothing has happened. I disassembled the chair and found that the button inside the stand is a little out of order. I was able to activateโ€ฆ

Easy to assemble and very comfortable, especially with soft armrests and backrest!

Our stools (4) arrived a few days earlier than expected - which was a big surprise. They were very easy to assemble - took less than 5 minutes with just 4 screws and an Allen key. Once assembled they were very comfortable. As we will be using these chairs most of the time for breakfast and even dinner, comfort was very important to us. We particularly liked the padded armrests and back support. The only thing I can say is that it's not positive, it hasn't even affected me or my husband; This is
