They are great for small holes, but not for pilot and main jets. Too big for planes. They have other uses, e.g. B. for cleaning pipes when you smoke tobacco.

I work with small engines a lot and they are perfect for cleaning almost every tiny passage. Still use bread wire for the little ones. I wish I had bought the set sooner.

Cleaning rods and brushes were very helpful in cleaning a carburetor that had been sitting on bad fuel for 5 years. The carburetor also received an ultrasonic bath, but cleaning rods and brushes were needed to remove large chunks of dirt.

This carburetor cleaning kit works very well. My husband is always taking things apart and cleaning them, and this works for a lot of different things, not just carburetors. It has many different sizes to fit different things. I don't know how he ever managed without it.

Bought to clean muzzleloader. I thought the smallest ones would be good for clearing the fire hole, but unfortunately they're still too big. Others work well in traffic jams and other hard-to-reach places. Overall I'm happy with the product as I bought it outside of the advertised use.

You save lives. I've had mixed results with catbs recovery. I usually use compressed air to clean the connectors, but decided to give this one a try. I cleaned an old edelbrock 1405 that had stood still for many years. I cleaned it, soaked it, used compressed air and then tried it. I was surprised how much came out of the ports. When I put it back on the car it starts and runs like new. I will use them from now on.
