When I play different games, sometimes more than a few hours, I often forget to plug in the USB port to charge the controllers. Now the USB cable does the job, but I wanted something simpler than it was when I had a PS3. This charging dock gets the job done by allowing you to charge your DS4 controller through the ext port.
