I like that they have an accessible website which is easy for me as a person with autism or other disabilities to navigate. The layout could be better- it's not very intuitive at first glance. It took several days before we realized there was no way to search by job title! I like that they are able to provide so many different positions at once! Also, their customer service is very good as well - always willing to help you out with any questions or concerns that come up throughout your interview process.
