I bought this computer assuming it would be in good condition after the refurbishment, didn't think Revain would condone selling crappy products. I was so frustrated with this computer, it looked lousy, I didn't know how to use it, even youtube videos didn't help. The price I paid for it seems ridiculous, I wouldn't recommend buying this computer and if you need a Chromebook I'd recommend getting a new one rather than a used one unless it's fine inside and out .
