The important things first. I've spent many hours looking for a monitor. I am a software developer by profession and work from home 3-4 hours a day. I needed a monitor that would work with my MacBook and I was on a budget. I've looked at a lot of monitors, but like most budget monitors, something is missing. Why only 4 stars? I don't want to give people the wrong impression of this monitor. It's not a high-end monitor with a high frame rate and high resolution that will blow your mind. Still, it's a great 75Hz 1080p display with plenty of customization options.

Only one VGA cable was supplied, although the computer I also bought from Revain does not have a VGA port. I had to buy an HDMI cable with my own money. Hey Revane, you owe me $20! Speakers are weak. Even spoken dialogue is often difficult to understand, and with music playback you can forget that.

Built-in speakers are enough and I knew that when I bought it. Specifications aren't clear, but it does have a built-in microphone. I use it for my search engine and the mic works fine.

This is a reliable monitor. Nothing special, but it is enough for normal games and work on the computer. What I like the most is the adjustable stand. Not only does it adjust up and down, but it also tilts and rotates to achieve the perfect position. If adjustability is important to you, choose this monitor.

I manage my work laptop and PC on two of these monitors. It's fairly easy to switch ports between computers and they have two digital inputs on the back to get the best picture from each computer.
