This acer mouse didn't work at first, for some reason it didn't move when moved with the fingertips. I couldn't use my computer so I let it charge and walked away angry. Continued to use my old big laptop and got back to it after a few hours. Low and it worked fine here and has worked fine ever since. I would say that I highly recommend the seller. Great price for a backup laptop. In excellent cosmetic and functional condition.

So far my son uses it every day and everything seems to work like new as advertised and the battery seems to be on par with the other Crombuks in the house, my only complaint is this is a cheap one junk charger. what came never worked from day one when i got all this i first thought the computer was broken until i used the ome acre charger and it turned on fine then i realized it was the cable, the one they sent with him was cheap junk

I don't want to give it a star, it doesn't hold a charge, every time I open it after an hour of charging it's still not charged

As item has been refurbished, no warranty. I called ACER and they gave me a tech support number to call. I was on the phone for a little over an hour (cost $50) and they didn't know as much as I did. The problem is not solved, so the Chromebook is not suitable for me.

I was very disappointed that the charger broke every time I took the charger out of the laptop it shut off completely DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY ON IT! THIS IS NOT WORTH
