I have nothing but good things to say about this monitor. Yes, very rarely does anyone say anything about a lemon. There are lemons! But not for me and for most. Two words BUY!

I hope Acer and the public take the time to read this post. I don't usually try that hard, but I want to warn anyone thinking about buying an Acer monitor that they have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (in a foreign country)! It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a supervisor or manager unless you wish to schedule a call back at YOUR convenient time which is 1-2 DAYS after the time of the request. I've been using it for a few months to transfer data from security cameras. Image quality is pretty sharp and seems to hold up well :)

Seems pretty smooth. Setup was easy. 1080p isn't enough for desktops with an arm's length monitor by my 37 year old eyes. Wearing glasses makes this a little less painful.

I've only had it for a few months and it's having issues with the HDMI port. It's basically a useless piece of shit stuck to my wall. Vega non HDMI registers on it and we tried different computers and cables so this is a 100% monitor. Stay away from this company that sells this and this monitor! spend $200. I have reported this company to Amazon for selling inferior products.

I like my monitor very much. The operating system has not changed. Perfect the way he is. The screen has a shine like my Sony TV. This sheen adds depth and brilliance to the monitor's colors. The contrast of 100,000,000/1 caught my eye. Verified Buyer!

So far I like the monitor, it was just a bit flexible so I could easily rotate it to my liking. Also, it works great, recommended for those who need an extra monitor for simple screen work. I use it for my programming class, it's easy to work on this extra screen.

I really liked how smooth it looks and how white it is! This is the monitor I needed. However, after about 4 months of use, the screen broke in the upper left corner. I don't know what happened as I almost didn't have to touch the screen. :(( It was just a coincidence when I opened the monitor. :(

The HDMI port and protocol has been buggy since day one. So I sent it to a suburb where I didn't want to show big graphics. But I had to keep switching and trying different computers and HDMI cables. I would have given a good review a few months ago but the monitor stopped working for my application. I bought it for my Mac mini. When I called Acer support I got little to no assistance with comments that it may or may not be compatible and they don't know because they only test Microsoft systems. I do not recommend Acer monitors if you are using Apple products.

Overall a great monitor. Every once in a while the screen flickers and goes blank, but not for long. Maybe a few minutes at most. I wish the case was black but white looks classy so I'm happy with that. Playing racing/driving is much more convenient thanks to the combination switch on the steering wheel and the large screen.

Very good monitor for the price. I have a 24 inch monitor and it's a huge improvement in both screen size and image quality. The design and build quality of this monitor are also very good. It comes with VGA and HDMI ports. Wouldn't deduct a star as most monitor speakers aren't very decent anyway. I can now look in multiple windows at the same time with the extra screen real estate I get over the old one.

Our company bought 2 of these monitors to use as dual monitors and only one of them works - the second keeps saying no signal. We are disappointed with that. We had several people trying to run them simultaneously but to no avail.

We bought this monitor in August. We returned it for another, which we ended up returning. The first lasted about a week before the problems started. In the first case, the monitor screen turned black and showed nothing. They then requested a replacement and were given a second version of this monitor. Called ACER and they said I could send it back for repair but would not replace it with a new one. I had to purchase a package to return for $29 assuming it was new and would work. NEVER buy an ACER monitor. Also, I could only return via UPS with no packing space for me.

Dull colors, pixelation, image quality. I would never have expected such problems from an Acer monitor. I am extremely disappointed.

The monitor does not display an image when connected to my Dell Latitude laptop. Only the Acer logo on the screen. Tried three different HDMI and VGA cables. This laptop works great with other monitors and projectors. Acer support advised me to call Dell. Useless scrap!

NOTE. The package does not include an HDMI cable. Clearly stated in the description but I think it's still worth mentioning in the title as not including a monitor in 2020 seems almost archaic.

This is a 2021 screen and I don't think it's bad. So I disassembled it from the bottom into 4 screws, then took a pocket knife and worked around the edges to remove the back panel. There is tape attached to the buttons at the bottom, which is also carefully taped first, then I removed it to make it a little looser. Then I ripped off the ribbon of the main strap to unhook it.
