It has been noticed that the video stream is quite blurry on darker images and the video is choppy/stuttering at times. My laptop's speakers sound significantly better than my monitor's speakers. Look for something different.

I was skeptical of Acer, nothing more, this monitor is by far the most beautiful picture I've ever seen on a pc monitor if it's not 4k, but I don't see 4k content on it, you won't be disappointed, the power button is a bit odd where it is (on the back of the monitor) but apart from that great price I could get another one

It's like in a cinema. Sometimes I have to sit for a while. Screen brightness, clarity, ease of setup and image quality are incredible!

In the Amazon link for this product you can choose between a white or black monitor. I chose white, they sent me black. that's not what i wanted, that's not the screen. I have a white monitor - it fell and broke so I just wanted to replace it. They sent me a black one, it's heavier, the screen sits on a frame that's taller, which makes my webcam bigger. I really don't like it. because it is so heavy that it will probably fall again. I am very unhappy. The Amazon link to buy is very misleading…

Nice technical product. Garbage quality and complaints service as part of the Garbage Guarantee. The monitor came out of the box with dead pixels on the LCD. They submitted a warranty card, mailed it, and mailed it back two weeks later. Although the work order said they were replacing the LCD, it clearly wasn't - the same dead pixels, this time with dead spots in one of the corners where they neglected it.

Great monitor, good quality. However, this worked less than 5 months after using it. The screen just went black, but the screen was still lit, just not completely. We tried it on other computers with different graphics cards and power cords and got the same results. If you buy this, be sure to purchase the warranty option to cover yourself.

UPDATE: In less than 2 months the monitor stopped working, tried all inputs. There is no picture. HDMI, DSUB/VGA, DVI. Thanks for attention.
