Nice technical product. Garbage quality and complaints service as part of the Garbage Guarantee. The monitor came out of the box with dead pixels on the LCD. They submitted a warranty card, mailed it, and mailed it back two weeks later. Although the work order said they were replacing the LCD, it clearly wasn't - the same dead pixels, this time with dead spots in one of the corners where they neglected it.
