Ideal for basic needs

I use my laptop to surf the internet, shop and pay bills. It's got a lot of speed for what I'm doing. Easy to set up. I'm far from a techie. That's great.

Best Value Computers and Accessories

When the computer arrived, we unpacked it. Came back later to set it up and found the cable was missing. Thought maybe like printers, it won't ship. That's why I gave three stars. The seller then got back to say it came and was lost when unpacking on our end. Sorry for this first bad review. I like computers. Great quality and nowadays that's what we hope for.

It was great before it became a brick

Update: Acer was able to restore functionality after a few calls. I hope this continues. It's hard to chase after all this. Worked great for 7.5 months then surfing the internet the other day while looking at my son's class schedule he died. Now it's a brick, doorstop, nada, nothing, zilch

Great value for money: computers and accessories

I mainly use it for web, video, audio and office. Several websites load quickly and the Intel processor works smoothly. The battery test shows that it is 100% charged. Keyboard without backlight. 1 USB3 port and 2 USB2 ports. No sound enhancement tab on Realtek sound card. I read about games launching 2016 games. before quite good. For my purposes, this is excellent value for money.
