Do not buy from this seller - StahrrEletronics

Bought as 'like new' open box. The computer looked good out of the box. As soon as we started installing the software, it quickly became apparent that the laptop had keyboard and/or motherboard issues as it was responding erratically to keyboard and mouse commands. I strongly advise against purchasing this product (or any other) from StahrrEletronics.

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • Operating speed

Nothing but a big headache

I've only had this computer for five months. The sound card no longer works. Technical support is useless. I will never buy an Acer again. It's a piece of shit!

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
  • Style 90

Lightweight Excellent multimedia computer for business and gaming

Just bought one last week and I have to say fantastic! , and 16GB of RAM. And with the I7 8550 chip running at 4.0GHz, this laptop just flies through whatever I throw at it, media, movies, video editing, gaming. The battery lasts 6 to 9 hours depending on what you're doing and your settings, fast charging, high speed and Wi-Fi is mimo's long-distance product. peace of mind.

Pros
  • Decent performance

A few questions otherwise it would be an excellent notebook

Notebook shape, weight and features are excellent. Good ad. I had an issue with the spacebar not registering keystrokes when either the left or right side was pressed. It had to be hit in the middle. After several days of trying to adjust the point of impact of the thumb, it was enough for me to send the device back. A few other annoyances: the speakers vibrate above 70% and the fan sometimes makes an odd electrical noise. I really liked the laptop, but I just couldn't live with the spacebar…

Pros
  • Useful not only for its intended purpose
Cons
  • There are disadvantages

My God. It is so easy!

I have the i5 version. Perfect to complement my gaming laptop when I don't want to lug it to work. This thing is so light that Acer was able to fit a 14-inch touchpad inside. So far I can recommend this device without hesitation. My device has no problem with the space bar and I find the battery life acceptable considering the weight. My i5 version only came with a 256GB SSD, so I added a 1TB Samsung 860 Evo to the second slot. It was plug and play. I just want the original SSD to be nvme.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Sad device

Excellent Ultrabook

I was initially skeptical about this device after reading several reviews of this Ultrabook. Many have complained about the spacebar not recognizing keystrokes, but I haven't had this problem. This Ultrabook is very light and small, making it a very handy travel device. The Core i7 is a powerful processor, but it's still a thin laptop, so I don't recommend forcing the laptop to do any heavy lifting unless you want the fans to sound like a mini jet engine. The touchscreen is nothing special and…

  • Free for educational purposes

Battery life on computers and tablets

I like the light weight of this computer; However, it's not great when it comes to battery life, especially for heavy users. Most of the time I have to have my charger with me or else the battery will die even if it's in sleep mode. It worked fine when I first got it, but after a year of use, this is the laptop's most notable downside.

Pros
  • Good
Cons
  • High price
