Have had it for a week now. Upon startup, the computer went through a step-by-step setup - no hassles, easy to follow, no real technical knowledge required to get started. Only a Windows update was started, all other BIOS, software and drivers were updated within two weeks. No Predator Sense software. The version on this machine only controls one of the fans. Features are decent and performance is smooth. I can run many of my newer games with max settings here at 50-80 fps variable speed and 100+ when I lower the settings. 16 GB of RAM offers plenty of power for gaming, streaming or running multiple apps at the same time if necessary. This is the best computer I have ever had, very nice and runs all the top games at very high/ultra level. Starts amazingly fast. Possibly the worst decision I've ever made. Maybe others are different but I had a fake rtx 2080. The motherboard is very cheap and only has 2 RAM slots and the GPU didn't even work.
