A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

Bought for field work, as a result it is used mainly for watching movies. The performance is sufficient for most office tasks, and judging by YouTube (I haven’t tried it myself), even serious games come with normal FPS at minimum settings. I used it with Pop!OS 20.04LTS with Regolith, when the system starts, about 5GB of RAM is free, 2GB is taken by the video system and another gig - operating system. Of the obvious disadvantages of using Linux: the sensor does not work, there is simply no…

Pros
  • Compact, lightweight (1 kg, 14 inches) Holds a charge well (6-8 hours of Internet, movies) Good performance Fast and spacious SSD (512 Gb)
Cons
  • 8 GB of RAM is probably not enough, despite the fact that the video card is integrated and eats part, but in general it is not critical, besides, you can deliver a little - up to 12 GB. If you install Linux, then there are no drivers for the fingerprint sensor

I'm very happy, it really is worth buying.

Review from the humanist (without tables and statistics). I was waiting for the first laptop on Ryzen 5 4000. It turned out to be Acer SWIFT, so I took it. While the laptop was on, I read what a bad manufacturer Acer was and was ready to refuse to accept the goods if I found at least one flaw. Examined with predilection, but could not find fault with anything. The case is metal, at first glance it is durable. They were afraid that the lid and keyboard were dying. With a fool, as they say, you…

Pros
  • Performance The weight autonomy
Cons
  • Crunchy plastic around the screen

Good product at a good price, I recommend to try it.

There is no slot for RAM, 8GB are soldered on the board. There is no space for a 2.5 drive, only m2. But this is the price of compactness. There is no card reader. According to the manufacturer, it can charge via usb type c, previous models of the Swift line could not (except for one) Its pros: Performance, after a six-year laptop everything flies. Matte IPS matrix Compact lightweight Some cons: Build quality, the upper right edge of the matrix edging is loose and does not fit snugly, creaks if

I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

I took the cheapest version on ryzen 4300u, 8GB, 256GB SSD. The entire series has a TDP limit, and a fairly simple cooling system. Each additional 2 cores will not give an additional 50% performance. I recommend taking a more expensive configuration if there is an urgent need for 16 GB of RAM. The IPS matrix is good compared to TN, but it is much inferior to professional IPS matrices in terms of brightness and color gamut.

Pros
  • Lightweight, fast, good matrix, keyboard backlight. Fast disk nvme ssd disk.
Cons
  • You can not increase the RAM, but this is a consequence of the thinness, lightness and price of the laptop. Noisy fan compared to my Thinkpad x230, but quieter than a 2022 macbook air. I assume that this is a problem with all thin laptops.
