Subpar Protection for Industrial Settings

Industrial and scientific settings need reliable circuit protection but this cartridge falls short .While it may be adequate for home use, the ceramic materials can't hold up to heavy-duty applications. The one pro is its easy installation, but that's not worth risking the safety of your equipment. Look for a more suitable option in the same category..

Pros
  • Great sound quality and a long lifespan
Cons
  • Requires a turntable that is compatible with the cartridge size

Through trial and error, I found that this product fails to provide the protection I expected .As an Industrial and Scientific user, I needed a more reliable circuit protection product..

Pros
  • None
Cons
  • This product is unreliable.

6.3A/250V Fast Acting Ceramic Fuses 5 x 20mm [Pack of 10]

These fuses appear to be well made and are priced per 10 pcs. I bought these to have on hand for use in my Amprobe INSP-3 Wire Tester [aka: Tasco Inc.]. INS120P] which has a non-replaceable SMT fuse that must be bypassed after the first blow. These fuses are rated the same as the original fuse and provide the same circuit board protection without having to return the unit to the manufacturer for fuse replacement if it blows again.

Pros
  • Material: Ceramic
Cons
  • Not bad but...
