I wear 38C and I am a large size, it fits very well and I like that my swimsuit top gives support. I also like the style of the belt over the halter because the latter always hurts my neck so another plus for this suit. The bottom fits well, I'm about 41.5 in the hips and the sizing worked, I don't know if I would wear them without swim shorts because my weight likes to sit on my chest and stomach, but the fit is good.
