Great product with great customer service and support

We use this software for all of our international shipping needs which includes importing into ERP systems (Mintz) as well has exporting out to FedEx or other carriers/shippers in different countries via their API's that are available through their website! The interface is very user friendly when setting up new accounts especially if you have previous experience using an Air Freight system like DHL Global Mail / APOEX etc.. This makes it easy since we don't need any training from them because

Pros
  • Easy setup, great support team with fast responses & resolution timeframes along side quick turnaround during business hours even though most issues can be resolved within 30 mins 1 hr depending upon complexity involved :)
Cons
  • Not much really except maybe having more options offered regarding pricing per shipment vs weight basis
