Works well but wish it could be adjusted for different thickness of tablet cases. I've had childproof cases with a handle/stand for Fire tablets before and they don't fit this mount. I wanted the tablets to be protected as I work with children filming animation and the tripods cannot be knocked over. I ended up buying new silicone cases for kids, which were less bulky and didn't have a kickstand (which we don't have enough of, so we're switching cases - another way to drop the tablet :-)

We use your product at our funeral home to record services and post them on Facebook Live. Our device is a small Samsung Galaxy 7 tablet. We had to modify the mount with pieces of black styrofoam sheets that we bought from the craft department. at Walmart. The foam was cut into small pieces, folded and glued to close the gap between the device and the holder's four "ears". We can carry a smaller device in an inside jacket pocket. There are better devices. Trust me I checked. This tablet mounting bracket is typical - it's ONLY designed to hold your iPad in landscape (side-to-side or landscape) orientation. If you record videos or photos this way, that's fine. BUT - some platforms for uploading your video or live streaming (like Facebook) will then save your video on the page.
