Total Waste of Money

After I put it to the test I was shocked to find that this adapter did absolutely nothing to protect my machinery. The design is cheap and flimsy, making it unlikely to withstand daily use..

Pros
  • Pro: None
Cons
  • Con: Poor Quality

Excellent Protection for High-Powered Connections

This adapter protection device is innovative and impressive, providing exceptional protection for powerful 120-volt, 1800-watt connections .The easy-to-use design adds a layer of safety for industrial and scientific settings where the risk of electrical shock is significantly higher. While the price may be higher than some competitor options, the added protection and durability make it a solid investment in workplace safety..

Pros
  • Protects electronic devices from voltage spikes and surges
Cons
  • Not compatible with devices that require higher voltage or wattage

Does not protect against ground faults

I tested this unit by plugging it into an ungrounded 2-prong wall outlet. The device powers the load (high resistance heater). It will not cut off power if the power supply is not grounded, nor will it protect sensitive electronic equipment from damage from static electricity build-up caused by a failed power supply.

Pros
  • Indoor Use: Provides ground fault and single mode surge protection for any equipment or tool used indoors. Use in bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, basements, garages or anywhere electricity is used in addition to water.
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price
