I'm typing for the first time with the charger connected after unboxing it two minutes ago. The base feels hot and my phone shows the charging icon every few seconds. (This means the charger is struggling to stay on at all). I will send it back for a refund. Those chargers never last long but literally burn out within minutes of first use? Come on.

Stops working after 4 days. Now I have to give it back to you. What's the point of shipping if I have to do it anyway. It's like I lied about the cheap $10 cable not working. My husband has multiple seizures each day but you want me to find a pickup point in my small town. Next time I will pay more and deal with people who can care a little and be more trusting. God, that's not a Louis Vuitton bag!

This product worked fine for the first few days, then the big problems started! I also noticed that the charger my phone came with is made of different materials. So the big problem is that I charge the phone and notice that a battery charging notification pops up every 15-20 seconds. Basically it charges up, then stops and turns on and off again until it's full! This is absolutely ridiculous! I'll be back.

For the first time, after a few minutes, I noticed that my phone would light up every few seconds as if someone had repeatedly unplugged it. I took out the charger to check it and it was very hot. The peak temp I measured was 142F. I managed to turn it off and it smelled like burnt plastic. I'm guessing the charge was aborted because of the heat, maybe a safety feature? It appears to be either a refurbishment or simply abuse by a Chinese sweatshop that these items come from (see photo of received item showing dents and scratches on the plastic case). The cable is stiff and of poor quality, less than 3 feet long instead of the advertised 4 feet. The replacement works - it charges, but not very quickly (about the same speed as normal charging).
